102-5-11 Extensions.

(A) The commission may extend any filing deadline for thirty or sixty days for good cause shown.

(B) Prior to the applicable deadline, a person who requires additional time to complete a financial disclosure statement may submit a written request to the commission, for an extension of the applicable deadline.

(C) The extension request must include the reason for which the extension is necessary.

(D) The commission may extend, to the same person for the same filing period, more than one extension for good cause shown.
