103-1-05 Distribution of rule drafting manual.

The director of the legislative service commission shall provide a copy of the rule drafting manual, free of charge, to an agency that is required to file a rule with the director for codification into the Administrative Code. The director shall provide a copy of the rule drafting manual to any other governmental entity or person who requests a copy of the manual, and may charge the governmental entity or person a fee for doing so that does not exceed the cost of copying and delivering the manual.
