109:4-1-13 Severability.

Each division of this rule and every part of each division is an independent division and part of a division, and the holding of any division or part thereof to be unconstitutional, void or ineffective for any cause, including failure to comply with Chapter 119. or section 111.15 of the Revised Code, shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other division or part.
