117-6-05 Reduction in school district textbooks and instructional materials set-aside.

In addition to the money identified in rule 3301-92-01 of the Administrative Code, a school district may reduce the amount of revenues received for operating expenses, as defined by rule 3301-92-01 of the Administrative Code, that is required by section3315.17 of the Revised Code to be set aside for textbooks and instructional materials by any money received from any of the sources set forth in divisions (A), (B), (C) and (D) of section 3315.17 1 of the Revised Code.
