122:12-2-07 Establishment of the consumer education program.

The director shall establish a consumer education program as set forth in section 4928.56 of the Revised Code. The director shall consolidate the administration and coordinate the design and operations of client education services currently administered by the office of energy efficiency with the consumer education program
