123:1-37-11 Special education teacher pay supplement.

A pay supplement of five percent may be granted an employee assigned to educational position, as listed in division 124.181(L) of the Revised Code, who is performing as a special education teacher. These teachers must be certified as special education teachers and must be teaching exceptional students.
