123:1-37-12 Teachers extra-curricular activities pay.

Each employee assigned to an educational position, as listed in division 124.181(L) of the Revised Code, who is also assigned by his or her responsible superior the responsibility for specific extra-curricular activity programs, shall receive his or her regular total rate of pay for those hours worked on such programs in excess of their normal work schedule, up to an annual maximum of five percent of their annual salary.
