123:1-49-21 Powers of complaints examiner.

The complaints examiner shall have the power to:

(A) Regulate the course of the hearing;

(B) Rule on offers of proof;

(C) Limit the number of witnesses whose testimony would be unduly repetitious; and

(D) Exclude any person from the hearing for contumacious conduct or misbehavior that obstructs the hearing.
