123:1-7-19 Collective bargaining classifications for county departments of job and family services.

A director of a county department of job and family services, with a collective bargaining agreement in effect at the time rule 123:1-7-27 of the Administrative Code, classifications for county departments of job and family services, becomes effective or is subsequently renegotiated after original effective date of rule 123:1-7-27 of the Administrative Code, may continue to request the director of administrative services to assign positions covered by a collective bargaining agreement into the appropriate classification in the classification plan as set forth herein:
