Rule 123:1-11-05 | False statements.

 

Fraudulent conduct or false statements by the applicant, or by others with his connivance, in any application or examination, shall be deemed cause for exclusion of said applicant from any examination, or for removal of his name from the eligible list, or for discharge from the classified service after appointment, provided that no person shall be dismissed from the permanent classified service under this section, without having an opportunity to be heard on his own behalf If he is to be discharged from classified service following appointment, the procedure established in section 124.34 of the Revised Code, shall be followed.
