Rule 1301:9-2-36 | Voluntary dissolution.
Upon adoption of a resolution by the credit unions board of directors to present a proposal of dissolution to the members, the resolution and a request to file a certificate of dissolution shall be sent to the superintendent for approval a minimum of ten business days prior to the mailing of the notice of vote and meeting to the membership. If the superintendent does not approve or deny the request within ten business days the request is deemed approved.
