1501:14-1-15 Notice of public hearing.

(A) Public notices of hearings to adopt, amend, or rescind rules, which are conducted by the Ohio department of natural resources, division of mineral resources management, will be posted as required by ORC Section 119.

(B) Public notice of hearings to adopt, amend, or rescind rules shall be given at least thirty days, but not more than sixty days prior to the hearing. The notice shall state the division’s intention to consider adopting, amending, or rescinding rules; shall include a synopsis, or full text of the proposed rules, amendments, or rules to be rescinded, or a general statement of the subject matter to which such proposed rules relate; and shall enumerate the date, time, and place of hearing on the proposed action. The notice shall also state the place where copies of the proposed rules or rules to be adopted, amended, or rescinded may be obtained.
