1501:17-11-01 Disorderly conduct prohibited.

No person shall indulge in any noisy, boisterous, disorderly or indecent conduct; play games of chance, drink alcoholic beverages, or be intoxicated, or do any indecent, lascivious, lewd or improper acts within any state nature preserve, scenic river land or natural area.
