1501:3-4-14 Helmets and eye protection in state forests.

No person shall operate or ride any all-purpose vehicle or snowmobile on any state forest trail or area designated and provided for such use without a protective helmet and eye protection. All helmets and eye protection shall conform to standards promulgated by the director of highway safety.
