1501:31-13-13 One day fishing license.

(A) Any resident of this state or a nonresident may purchase a one day fishing license the fee for which is established in section 1533.32 of the Revised Code. The one day fishing license shall expire at midnight on the day for which the license is valid.

(B) All definitions set forth in rule 1501:31-1-02 of the Administrative Code shall apply to this rule.
