1501:41-12-05 Display of dock tag on public docks.

Every person must pay the fee required by rule 1501:41-2-08 or 1501:41-2-09 of the Administrative Code to rent a state dock, tie-up space, superaqueous structure, dry moorage or dry rack storage space and shall display a current year dock tag on the rented structure and a current boat dock sticker if provided on their boat by the first of May of each year.
