1501:41-13-02 Motor vehicle speed limits.

No person shall operate a motor vehicle upon roadways under supervision of the Division within any area administered by the Division at a speed in excess of twenty (20) miles per hour, or at a speed in excess as marked with a traffic control device on the roadways by the Division.
