1501:41-2-33 Guilford lake state park private dock transfer fee.

At Guilford lake state park persons transferring ownership of a private dock shall pay fifty dollars per dock per transfer. This fee is in addition to the annual dock fees specified in rule 1501:41-2-08 of the Administrative Code.
