1501:47-3-21 Sleeping on watercraft prohibited.

No operator shall drift, anchor, dock, moor, tie up, or beach a watercraft on waters of the division of parks and recreation and sleep thereon at night except at locations that have been designated for such purpose by the chief of the division of parks and recreation.
