1501:47-3-37 Unlimited horsepower at no-wake speed.

On the waters within the boundaries of Burr Oak state park:

(A) No person shall operate or permit the operation of a vessel with a motor or combination of motors exceeding a horsepower rating of ten horsepower at a speed greater than idle speed or at a speed that creates a wake.

(B) No person shall operate or permit the operation of a vessel utilizing a motor designated by the manufacturer as a jet drive motor.
