(A) In the event a rat hole and/or mouse hole was employed during the drilling of the well, such holes shall be plugged with cement or other approved plugging material from the bottom of the hole to a minimum of thirty inches below surface of the grade.
(B) A rat hole or mouse hole employed during the drilling of a dry hole or lost hole shall be plugged immediately after plugging the well bore. A rat hole or mouse hole employed during the drilling of a well for the purpose of production, extraction or injection of fluids shall be plugged immediately after the long string has been cemented in the well bore or when drilling operations have been completed.
