Rule 1501:47-7-10 | Springfield lake, Summit county.

 

Upon the waters of Springfield lake, it is unlawful:

(A) To operate or permit the operation of a watercraft at a speed greater than idle or no-wake speed between the hours of seven p.m. and ten a.m.

(B) For any watercraft to anchor, idle, or stop in the designated speed and ski zone except to retrieve a fallen skier between the hours of ten a.m. and seven p.m.

(C) To swim from any watercraft except in designated no-wake zones.

(D) To operate or permit the operation of a powercraft in the designated speed and ski zone in a manner that is inconsistent with the established counter-clockwise direction of travel, keeping the near shoreline on the starboard (right) side of the vessel.

(E) To operate or permit the operation of any type of hydroplane, airboat, airfoil, tunnel hull, drag hull, wing-in-ground craft, hovercraft, submersible watercraft or diver propulsion device.
