Rule 1501:47-7-20 | Little Miami river, Warren county.
(A) On the waters of the Little Miami river in Warren county, it is unlawful to operate a watercraft in such a manner that creates a wake.
(B) A "wake" as used in this rule is defined as a track left by a watercraft in the water causing waves or swells.
(C) Vessels being operated in the course of official government business or in the course of emergency operations are exempt from this rule.
