1509-1-12 Temporary relief.

The filing of an appeal with the commission does not automatically suspend or stay execution of the order appealed from. An appellant may request temporary relief from the order under appeal. Such request must be submitted in writing to the office of the commission. The commission will consider such request and may grant temporary relief from an order under appeal upon such terms and conditions, as the commission considers proper.
