Ohio Laws and Rules
The one-year educational aide permit and the renewal of the one-year educational aide permit shall be valid only in the employing school or district that requested the issuance of the permit. The four-year educational aide permit shall be valid in any city, local, exempted village, or joint vocational school district, educational service center, or chartered nonpublic school or community school in Ohio.
