3309-1-48 Effect of applicant's death on retirement application.

If a member has filedall required application forms for a retirement allowance and dies subsequent to the established effective date of the retirement, whatever benefits may be due the member's beneficiaries will be determined by the plan of payment selected by the member on the application forms for retirement.
