Rule 3335-81-12 | Layoff during leave.

 

(A) Employees on any type of leave may be laid off or displaced as any other employee and retain their ability to be reinstated.

(B) An employee who is laid off during a leave will have their reinstatement time limit postponed until the regular return date from the leave, not to exceed eighteen months from the original layoff effective date.
