(A) Policy statement and purpose

The university purchases annual institutional memberships in organizations deemed to best represent the universitys interests.

(B) Policy

Any centrally-funded institutional membership requests must be sent to the vice president for finance and administration for approval and payment processing.

Memberships to wholesale clubs are not permitted. (e.g., Sams wholesale club)
