Rule 3361:30-13-14 | Benefits: tuition remission for affiliated faculty of the "Children's Hospital Research Foundation," and the affiliated faculty of the "Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center.".

Affiliated faculty of the "Children's Hospital Research Foundation," and affiliated faculty of the "Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center" who are engaged in the performance of full-time scientific research, and who are so certified by the appropriate director, as well as their spouses, domestic partners, and dependents, are entitled to tuition remission as set forth in rule 3361:30-13-07. The president or the presidents designee shall have the authority to interpret and to issue policies implementing this rule.
