Rule 3361:60-17-12 | Vehicles: reporting accidents involving university vehicles.

 

Reporting of university vehicular accidents: the driver of any university vehicle involved in a vehicular accident must report the accident to the department of transportation services within twenty-four hours after the accident. Within forty-eight hours after the accident the driver must complete an insurance accident report obtained from the department of transportation services. The insurance accident report is not to be confused with any accident reports completed by the police.
