Chapter 3383-11 Amendments

Any of these rules and regulations may be either amended or repealed in accordance with division (E) of section 3383.02 of the Revised Code and new rules may be adopted at any meeting of the commission by the affirmative vote of five voting members. The notice of each such meeting shall be accompanied by a copy of any such proposed amendment to or of any proposed new rules, and of any proposal to repeal them in whole or in part.
