3383-3-03 Special meetings.

Special meetings of the commission may be held upon call of the chairperson or, in the absence of the chairperson, by the vice chairperson. Any special meeting shall be conducted in accordance with division (F) of section 121.22 of the Revised Code, unless such requirement is suspended for reasons of public health and safety by the appropriate authority.
