3383-3-07 Voting rights.

Each voting member of the commission shall be entitled to one vote on any matter of business before the commission and voting rights may not be exercised by proxy, unless subsequent changes to state law permit the use of proxies. In accordance with section 121.22 of the Revised Code, action by the commission may be taken only at official meetings, which must be conducted in person, unless such requirement is subsequently suspended by an appropriate legal authority for reasons of public health and safety.
