3383-7-03 Officers-vacancy.

In the event that an office is vacated whether by resignation, expiration of a member’s term, death, removal, disqualification, or for any other cause, the commission shall fill the vacancy for the unexpired portion of the term by holding an election at a subsequent meeting of the commission.
