3383-7-04 Executive director's powers and duties.

(A) The executive director shall be chief administrative officer of the commission and shall have general supervision over affairs of the commission as directed by the commission.

(B) The executive director and all members of the commission shall comply with the applicable statutes and regulations of the state of Ohio.
