3701:1-46-15 Introduction of radioactive material in exempt concentrations into products or materials, and transfer of ownership or possession of radioactive material in exempt concentrations: prohibition of introduction.

No person may introduce radioactive material into a product or material knowing or having reason to believe that it will be transferred to persons exempt under rule 3701:1-40-08 of the Administrative Code or equivalent regulations of the United States nuclear regulatory commission or an agreement state, except in accordance with a license issued by the United States nuclear regulatory commission.
