3701:1-46-48 Acceptance sampling procedures under certain specific licenses.

(A) A random sample shall be taken from each inspection lot of devices licensed under rules 3701:1-46-16, 3701:1-46-33, or 3701:1-46-40 of the Administrative Code for which testing is required pursuant to rules 3701:1-46-17, 3701:1-46-35, or 3701:1-46-41 of the Administrative Code in accordance with the appropriate sampling table in this rule determined by the designated lot tolerance per cent defective. If the number of defectives in the sample does not exceed the acceptance number in the appropriate sampling table in this rule, the lot shall be accepted. If the number of defectives in the sample exceeds the acceptance number in the appropriate sampling table in this rule, the entire inspection lot shall be rejected.
