3701:1-48-21 Surveillance.

During each radiographic operation the radiographer, or the other individual present, as required by rule 3701:1-48-14 of the Administrative Code, shall maintain continuous direct visual surveillance of the operation to protect against unauthorized entry into a high radiation area, as defined in rule 3701:1-38-01 of the Administrative Code, except at permanent radiographic installations where all entryways are locked and the requirements of rule 3701:1-48-12 of the Administrative Code are met.
