3701:1-56-17 Types of licenses.

(A) Licenses for special nuclear material are of two types: general and specific. The general licenses provided in rules 3701:1-56-02 and 3701:1-56-03 of the Administrative Code are effective without the filing of applications with the department or the issuance of licensing documents to particular persons. Specific licenses are issued to named persons upon applications filed pursuant to Chapter 3701:1-38-02 of the Administrative Code.
