The public health council prescribes the following three divisions and fifteen bureaus in the department of health:
(A) Division of family and community health services:
(1) Bureau of child and family health services;
(2) Bureau for children with medical handicaps and early intervention services;
(3) Bureau of nutrition services; and
(4) Bureau of community health services and patient-centered primary care.
(B) Division of prevention and health promotion:
(1) Bureau of environmental health;
(2) Bureau of healthy Ohio;
(3) Bureau of infectious diseases;
(4) Bureau of public health laboratory;
(5) Bureau of radiation protection;
(6) Bureau of HIV/AIDS, STD, and TB; and
(7) Bureau of public health preparedness.
(C) Division of quality assurance:
(1) Bureau of long term care quality;
(2) Bureau of information and operational support;
(3) Bureau of regulatory compliance; and
(4) Bureau of community health care facilities and services.
