(A) The function of providing administrative direction, leadership, and coordination of the activities of the bureaus for child and family health services, children with medical handicaps and early intervention services, nutrition services, and community health services and patient-centered primary care, is prescribed for the division of family and community health services.
(B) The following minimum qualifications of the chief of the division of family and community health services are prescribed as one of the following:
(1) A certificate to practice medicine in Ohio as provided by Chapter 4731. of the Revised Code and five years of experience in the administration of family and community health programs or other equivalent experience ;
(2) A certificate to practice nursing in Ohio as provided by Chapter 4723. of the Revised Code, a masters degree or higher in nursing from an accredited institution of higher learning, and five years of experience in the administration of family and community health programs or other equivalent experience ; or
(3) A masters degree in a field related to public health and ten years of broad-based public health experience.
