3701-84-72 Quality assessment and improvement program.

(A) As part of the quality assessment and improvement program requirements under paragraph (C) of rule 3701-84-12 of the Administrative Code, each radiation therapy service shall evaluate the provision of radiation therapy services including a review of case management and treatment results and a review of complications and adverse events that occurred during the provision of the center’s services.

(B) The medical director of radiation oncology shall be responsible for the institution and ongoing supervision of the continuing quality assessment program.
