3745-270-06 Petitions to allow land disposal of a waste prohibited under rules 3745-270-20 to 3745-270-39 of the Administrative Code.

(A) Any person seeking an exemption from a prohibition under rules 3745-270-20 to 3745-270-39 of the Administrative Code for the disposal of a restricted hazardous waste in a particular unit or units must submit a petition to the administrator pursuant to 40 CFR 268.6.

(B) Ohio EPA will recognize the administrator's decision to grant or deny a petition for an exemption under 40 CFR 268.6.
