3745-273-60 Applicability - standards for destination facilities.

(A) The owner or operator of a destination facility (as defined in rule 3745-273-09 of the Administrative Code) is subject to all applicable requirements of rules 3745-50-40 to 3745-50-235, Chapters 3745-54 to 3745-57, 3745-65 to 3745-69, 3745-205, 3745-256, 3745-266, and 3745-270 of the Administrative Code; and the requirement to notify Ohio EPA or U.S. EPA of regulated waste activity.

(B) The owner or operator of a destination facility that recycles a particular universal waste without storing that universal waste before it is recycled must comply with paragraph (C)(2) of rule 3745-51-06 of the Administrative Code.

(C) The owner or operator of a destination facility who enters recyclable materials into a recycling process within seventy-two hours after its arrival at the facility must comply with paragraph (C)(3) of rule 3745-51-06 of the Administrative Code.
