Rule 3745-279-81 | Disposal of hazardous and of nonhazardous used oils.

 

(A) Disposal of hazardous used oils. Used oils that are identified as a hazardous waste and cannot be recycled in accordance with Chapter 3745-279 of the Administrative Code shall be managed in accordance with Chapters 3745-50 to 3745-69, 3745-205, 3745-256, 3745-266, and 3745-270 of the Administrative Code.

(B) Disposal of nonhazardous used oils. Used oils that are not hazardous wastes and cannot be recycled under Chapter 3745-279 of the Administrative Code shall be disposed in accordance with the applicable requirements of Chapters 3745-27, 3745-28, 3745-29, and 3745-30 of the Administrative Code.
