3745-38-10 Applicability of rules of procedure.

Ohio NPDES general permit processing shall be conducted in accordance with provisions in the “Rules of Procedure,” Chapter 3745-47 of the Administrative Code except as provided in paragraph (C) of rule 3745-38-08 of the Administrative Code or superseded by division (B) of section 6111.035 of the Revised Code.
