3745-52-56 Annual reports.

(A) Primary exporters of hazardous waste must file an annual report with the U.S. EPA pursuant to 40 CFR 262.56.

(1) Annual reports submitted by mail must be sent to the “Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, Office of Federal Activities, International Compliance Assurance Division (2254A), U.S. EPA, 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20460.”

(2) Hand-delivered annual reports must be sent to the “Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, Office of Federal Activities, International Compliance Assurance Division, U.S. EPA, Ariel Rios Building, Room 6144, 12th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20004.”
