3745-65-50 Contingency plan and emergency procedures - applicability.

The requirements set forth in rules 3745-65-50 to 3745-65-69Rules3745-65-50 to 3745-65-56 of the Administrative Code apply to owners and operators of all hazardous waste facilities, except as rule 3745-65-01 of the Administrative Code provides.
