3745-65-77 Additional reports.

In addition to submitting the biennial report and unmanifested waste report described in rules 3745-65-75 and 3745-65-76 of the Administrative Code, the owner or operator must also report to the director:

(A) Releases, fires, and explosions as specified in paragraph (I) of rule 3745-65-56 of the Administrative Code;

(B) Ground water contamination and monitoring data as specified in rules 3745-65-93 and 3745-65-94 of the Administrative Code; and

(C) Facility closure as specified in rule 3745-66-15 of the Administrative Code.
