3745-69-30 Underground injection applicability.

Except as rule 3745-65-01 of the Administrative Code provides otherwise: The requirements set forth in rules 3745-34-01 to 3745-34-62 of the Administrative Code apply to owners and operators of wells used to dispose of hazardous waste which are classified as “Class I” under 40 CFR Section 144.6(a) and which are classified as “Class IV” under 40 CFR Section 144.6(d).
